We start with a consultation / get acquainted phone call to discuss your travel needs in depth so we can determine the best island, or islands to visit, and the overall type trip you envision.

From that information, we will design a trip itinerary we feel best fits what you are looking for. We will send you an initial trip itinerary to review, then talk again to go over questions and make any desired changes.  

We will then research to find the best flights and hotel deals, then book and manage your reservation. 

Includes the Consult, Book and Manage your flights, hotel / condo, and car reservations, in addition to daily activity planning. We will plan a detailed daily activity guide based on your preferences, then confirm activities and forward confirmations with details on checking in, what to wear, etc. We will even recommend & make restaurant reservations. Your trip will be professionally planned from start to finish.
